Rental Application Process
The Screening process includes many factors including credit, eviction, criminal background, income-to-rent ratios, rental verification etc.

Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.

Credit score 630 or higher, sufficient credit history, no account is collections/past due /with late payments.

Applicant's combined net income is at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount.
If the application does not meet the screening criteria it may still be approved but with a higher security deposit.
An application is good for 30 days and can be transferred between our properties.
Application processing time is 2-4 business days. It is important that you have all information uploaded to the application, incomplete applications will be delayed in processing.
Automatic Disqualifications:
Eviction in last 7 years (includes eviction filings)
Sexual / Violent offense-based crime
Open Bankruptcies
Discrepancies or misrepresentation
