The Screening process includes many factors including credit, eviction, criminal background, income-to-rent ratios, rental verification etc.

• Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.

• Credit score 630 or higher, sufficient credit history, no account is collections/past due /with late payments.

• Applicant's combined net income is at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount.

If the application does not meet the screening criteria it may still be approved but with a higher security deposit.

​

 

An application is good for 30 days and can be transferred between our properties.
